Axora Arena
Test the boundary before you rely on it.

Axora Arena is Axora's product for scoped adversarial testing and authorized security assessment. It helps teams turn potential weaknesses into reproducible findings that can guide remediation and retesting.
Within the product family, Arena addresses Validate Resilience: evaluating AI systems, agents, and connected workflows through scoped adversarial scenarios.
These pages explain the autonomous audit runtime documented for authorized web and network assessment, including reconnaissance, assessment, and exploit validation. Confirm AI-specific scenario coverage and delivery options with Axora for the intended deployment.
The problem Arena addresses#
A scanner alert is not the same as a verified attack path. Teams need to understand what was observed, what was actually validated, and what evidence can be used to reproduce the result. They also need a way to revisit findings after a system or configuration changes.
Arena organizes this work around an assessment objective, called a Goal, with an authorization policy, recorded progress, findings, and evidence.
Core capabilities#
Autonomous assessment#
Given an objective and an authorized scope, Arena continues across multiple execution rounds until the objective is complete, a real blocker is encountered, or the operator interrupts it.
An orchestrating agent maintains the overall technical direction and assessment state. Parallel subagents investigate specific tasks and return their results to the orchestrator.
Authorized attack-path validation#
The audit workflow includes reconnaissance, network and web assessment, and exploit validation. Testing stays within the operator's confirmed authorization and constraints.
Reproducible findings#
Findings have stable IDs, explicit states, attack paths, and evidence references. Candidate findings remain distinct from observed, verified, and ruled-out results.
Persistence and retesting#
Goal state is stored locally and can be resumed after the process exits. Teams can return to the same assessment after a change and revalidate relevant findings along the recorded attack paths.
Typical use cases#
| Scenario | How Arena is used | What the team receives |
|---|---|---|
| Ongoing assessment of an authorized target | Investigate a web application or network target under an agreed scope. | A Markdown report with findings and supporting evidence. |
| Pre-release security validation | Assess a target in a controlled environment before release. | Evidence to help prioritize remediation and trace the issue. |
| Retesting after changes | Resume the assessment after a target or configuration changes. | Updated validation of relevant findings. |
These are illustrative workflows, not customer case studies.
Who it is for#
Arena is intended for security, AppSec, product security, red team, and penetration-testing teams. It is also relevant to organizations that need reproducible security-validation evidence for management, customers, or auditors.
Authorization and scope#
Arena's testing capabilities are intended only for systems the operator is authorized to assess. Authorization is unknown until confirmed; the recorded policy is the source of truth for permitted activity.
